Terms of use

By creating a whodabest account, you accept these terms. Any question: privacy@whodabest.app.

The service

whodabest lets you create groups, record matches in them (board games, video games, sports…) and turn them into rankings, statistics, seasons, tournaments and achievements. Some features are free; others need the Premium subscription.

Your account

• You must be at least 15 years old, or have a parent's consent.
• You are responsible for what happens with your account: keep your password and passkeys to yourself.
• The information you give must be accurate.

What you post

Your username, picture, group names, matches and photos remain yours, but you allow us to show them to the members of your groups to run the service.

You may not post:

• illegal, hateful, harassing, violent or sexual content;
• a photo of someone who doesn't want it;
• content that infringes others' rights (image, copyright, trademarks).

Groups

• A group's owner decides its members and admins.
• Players without an account added to a group are only a name; if they create an account, they can get their history back with an invite link.
• If the owner deletes their account, the group goes to another member.

Premium

• The price is shown in the app before paying. In the app, the subscription is bought and paid for in the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, under their terms.
• The subscription renews automatically (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple or Google account settings (the app's Premium screen leads there). It stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought in a store: cancel it first.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
• A group's features (tournaments, seasons, group statistics, photos) depend on its owner's plan.

Moderation

We may remove content or a group that breaks these rules, and disable an account in case of abuse, after review. If you think it's a mistake, write to us.

Deletion

You can delete your account anytime from the app. Deletion becomes final after 30 days; the privacy policy explains what is erased and what stays anonymous.

Liability

whodabest is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee there will be no interruptions or errors. Rankings are computed from the matches recorded by players: we are not responsible for the results they enter.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; if something important changes, we'll tell you in the app. These terms are governed by French law.
