Delete your account

You can delete your whodabest account at any time, for free.

From the app

1. Open whodabest and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll down to Delete my account and confirm.
3. Your account is deleted after 30 days. Until then, just sign in again to keep it.

Without the app

Email privacy@whodabest.app from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• your account, email, username and picture;
• your match photos, comments, reactions, notifications and achievements;
• your purchase history at our subscription provider.

What stays

• the matches you played stay in their groups under the name "Ancien joueur" (former player), so the other players' rankings stay fair;
• the groups you owned go to another member, or are deleted if you were alone in them;
• Apple and Google keep billing data for as long as the law requires.

Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play? Deleting your account doesn't stop the subscription: cancel it first in your store settings.
